The LDC Advanced Regenerative Cotton (ARC) Program has 17 growers from MS, AR, and TX enrolled in the program. Growers have to meet regenerative objectives each year in order to stay in the program. In addition to managing growers, ARC actively engages in marketing and sales with the target of recruiting fashion brands and textile mills to source regenerative cotton from our program.
This internship offers hands-on experience in sustainable agriculture, marketing, and program administration. The intern will report directly to the Program Director and contribute to impactful work connecting regenerative cotton growers with leading fashion brands.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, file organization, and contract management
· Organize and manage data from regenerative cotton farms
· Support coordination of grower visits and plan brand tours of regenerative farms
· Assist in the preparation and upload of documentation for grower audits
· Help prepare marketing materials and presentations using Canva
· Conduct research to identify prospective fashion brands for outreach
· Support sales outreach by sending marketing materials and tracking communication
· Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and internal records using Excel
· Provide general support for program operations and communication
· Some domestic travel may be required
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Willingness to learn Canva for presentation development
· Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Interest in sustainability, regenerative agriculture, or fashion supply chains a plus
· Must be available to work in the Memphis office
