This new grant opportunity was established in 2025 by the late Dr. Judy Cole, Professor Emeritus of Biological Sciences, to support the next generation of researchers in agriculture and conservation. ACRE-TAG provides financial assistance to students and postdocs whose work aligns with ACRE’s mission of advancing innovation through scientific research and collaboration. With this grant, we honor Dr. Cole’s vision and generosity by supporting emerging scholars and helping them grow as researchers, communicators, and collaborators.

Grant Details

Eligibility: Upper-level undergraduates, graduate students, and postdoctoral investigators at the University of Memphis conducting research in agriculture, conservation, or related disciplines.
