This is an interdisciplinary minor to prepare students to pursue professional STEM careers in the agricultural industry.

Undergraduate: Emphasizes interdisciplinary and systematic approaches to studying agricultural life sciences, agricultural conservation and sustainability, food science, agricultural data, and supply chain traceability.

Undergraduate: Integration of design determinants as it relates to selection and design of structural systems, environmental systems, materials, and connections for large and small scale buildings

Undergraduate: Introduction to ecological principles and wildlife management and provides a variety of preparatory content and resources designed to prepare individuals to earn the Ducks Unlimited Ecology Conservation & Management certification.

Undergraduate: An exploration of how plants grow, adapt, and sustain life on Earth, while examining their roles in food, medicine, and even farming beyond our planet.

Undergraduate/Graduate: Introduction to basic and advanced mycological concepts including fungal-host interactions, ecological processes, cell biology and evolution, reproduction, systematics, and industrial mycology.
